Training and skill upkeep for the service technicians is provided on a regular basis and is done through a variety of mediums such as one-on-one training sessions, video conferencing and factory visits. Sony South Africa invests continuously into the updating and maintenance of a web based training academy. This learning facility gives every Sony technician the opportunity to further his skill and knowledge base, even when not at work.
Sony official spare parts are flown in to South Africa three times a week and, together with our local spare parts distributors, we are able to offer the best possible service levels to you and your Sony product.
